Associate in Arts Degree Certification for Transfer ESL Program: Tailored to meet the needs of non-native speakers who are learning English as a Second Language for personal enrichment, and/or educational or occupational advancement. This program will allow students to improve their skills in speaking, comprehending, grammar, reading and writing in the English language. Students who wish to enroll in classes at Coastline's ESLI do not have to take the TOEFL test. Upon completion of this program, students may enter the regular program.
